API 5L X52 BUTTWELD FITTINGS
API 5L X52 Buttweld fittings are high-strength carbon steel piping components designed for high-pressure pipeline applications. Also known as L360 grade, they provide a minimum yield strength of 52 Ksi (360 MPa) with excellent weldability, toughness, and durability. These fittings are manufactured in accordance with API 5L and ISO 3183 standards.
API 5L X52 buttweld fittings are widely used in onshore and offshore oil & gas pipelines, water transmission systems, petrochemical plants, and power projects. They are available in elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and stub ends across a wide range of sizes and schedules.

Manufacturing Process
API 5L X52 buttweld fittings are produced from seamless or welded pipes using hot forming, cold forming, or machining methods. Heat treatment is carried out as per PSL 1 or PSL 2 requirements to achieve the required mechanical properties. Each fitting is tested and inspected in accordance with API 5L and dimensional standards.
